1-To conduct a Literature review in the Dubai Police about knowledge transfer factors/theories.(one-page introduction – 4-page literature review ) 2- Summarize your research design/approach : -Literature review : based on theories of knowledge transfer/factors that can help knowledge transfer within the organization. ( eg.. Transparency, trust between the employees, or department like between knowledge management team and strategy team or strategy team and budget team), good leadership, incentives. How the transfer can be done ( virtual platform?)/ challenges? Refer to Dr. Ebrahim article in 2012. Dr. Habib article in 2016 (Effect of DGEP)3-What are the aims/objectives of your project?To learn the knowledge transfer best practices in Dubai Police and to frame a strategy for knowledge transfer that can be used in public sector organizations in The UAE.
