Turkey’s transformation, stabilization, state rebuilding towards Somalia??

Write for me a term paper for social transformation subject on Turkey´ transformation/state rebuilding: we could argue the high speed transformation Turkey is doing in Somalia from education, military,economic, stability, good governance and so on. we should have a research question,Methodology,Literature review. Do not need to add the Gulan Movement, we have to keep in mind, what does it mean turkeys present in Somalia in international? the positive and negative: create two sides of the situation, what is the outcome of this process, is it win-win situation or? and we should be connecting the idea of transforming the country.
