Benchmarking This is the paper: 1. Which of the issues identified are most critical? 2. Evaluate each of these issues drawing on the analysis 3. What are your recommendations for each issue? A good recommendation is as concrete as possible. This paper should not be more than 10 pages single-spaced of text, plus any exhibits or charts you wish to include to strengthen your presentation.
