Movement Error
For this week’s assignment, you will be measuring your own movement error. You will need to find a blank space to set up a target and a ball to throw. Your target should be set up at a distance that would be challenging for you, at a personal level. Thus, every person’s target will be at a different length. You will throw the ball 10 times and measure your movement error according to the graph below. After recording your movement error, you will calculate your AE, CE, and VE. This should be done as shown in the text, and turned in via an attached spreadsheet. You will also include a summary of your experience and what you learned from it.
