The Current Events in HR is a two-page double-spaced written essay based upon Grievances and Arbitration. The Current Events should be articles chosen that are events in HR-related specifically to Labor Relations matters dealing with grievances and arbitrations within the last few years. The paper can be single-spaced, but not less than two pages and no more than three pages if double spaced not including the reference page. The paper should also be written using APA format. The initial paragraph should summarize the article, the body of the paper would provide your opinion of the article in relation to the grievance and arbitration and the conclusion of the paper should contain your own thoughts/analysis on the issue. Be creative with this assignment. The paper will be graded on content and ideas, as well as the use of your thoughts given to the issues in the limited space.
