 Write a thorough APA 2-4 page reflection essay addressing the following points: The name of the group; the purpose of the group;length of the group (on-going or time limited), and where the group will meet. Additionally, completely address the following questions with examples: How will members be screened (what are the criteria you will use to include a member? exclude a member?). What is some big-picture planning you need to do ? In the big picture planning, visualize the beginning, middle and end part of the group. After visualizing the beginning,middle and end, write an overview (only) of what will be addressed in the introduction/beginning group, the middle or working phase of the group and the ending/conclusion part of the group. (In future assignments you will be more specific about the stages). You must provide no less than 3 scholarly references in your essay to support your choices.
