By using some S-RNase sequences of Solanum okadae depend on self-incompatibility by single or multiple alleles.

S alleles characterised in this study by using allele-specific primers. PCR genotyping technique was used and obtained some PCR photos. For the results section, you can look at the gel photos and make comments below them. Also, a table will be uploaded soon for characterisation. The study should consist of an introduction, results and discussion parts, at the end of it references should be given. In the introduction, you can start writing potato self-incompatibility and self-incompatibility in different plants such as nicotiana and petunia. In the discussion comparison between my results and the other works should be given.
