An essay consisting of 3 pages, based on two scientific papers (by choice) that are closely related (for instance from the same authors or based on the same research project) and that deal with the topic “Cognitive aging: the role of environment and genetics”. One of the two papers should be published in 2018! The two papers should be integrated into one and following questions can be used as a guide:  Why is this research important or interesting?  What are the researchers trying to prove?  Do you think the methodology is appropriate to answer the research questions?  What are the most important results?  What do these results mean, in non-professional language?  How do these results relate to the title topic?  What are the strong points and weak points of the research?  What could be next steps in this research?  What does the one article bring to the other article?  What other things could be told about the topic? English proficiency is not required as I will translate in my own native language afterwords (quality is, though!). I’d like to preview the two scientific articles that are going to be used by the writer, so I can approve to use them.
