WINDSHIELD SURVEY AND COMMUNITY IN PICTURES GRADING CRITERIA The assignment is 50% of the total course grade. The purpose of this assignment is to provide the RN to BSN student an opportunity to observe a community while moving through it in a motor vehicle. The observational experience acts as a snapshot of that community on the day and time it is performed. Take several photos in the community of interest. You must have a signed release for any photos that show identifiable people. The paper will be written using APA format, and it includes a title page, body, appendix, and reference page (minimum of 2 references). One reference must be Healthy People 2020. You may use the internet or other resources to gather relevant information about the community and use the internet source as a reference in-text and on the reference page. The assessment n description criteria may be written in table format. The paper portion of the assignment (excluding the table description of your assessment) should be no more than 4 pages. This does not include the Title page, Reference page, or appendix where your will place your photograph.
