For your plan what is the bottleneck machine? Do you feel you are making most effective use of this machine? Explain. 2. For each department (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production) identify: a. Their appropriate throughput measure b. The relevant throughput measurement for each product on each of the four machines ( please note that the calculation for these 2 questions are on excel just provide the analysis for both questions. also focus on the marketing team as they might be the most effective decision for and define the reason based on the calculation and the comparesion with the other teams (sales, finance,production, market) – look on excel at the sheets ( optimization, sales team, market team, finance team and production team and do the analysis)
