What are some issues surrounding the use of self-driving automobiles?

– APA document format REQUIRED (a template is in the Treasure Chest) Length: 4 pages POV: Third Person Perspective required as dictated by formal writing guidelines. (No use of personal pronouns such as “I, you, we, our, us.”) Format: APA citation style. (Since we will all participate in a peer review study in Week 4; we must be on the same page. We only learn the “importance of” and “basics” of citation here.) Audience: Select an appropriate non-specialist audience for your topic selection. Ideas must be fully explained and made accessible to a general readership. Sources: Your research activities will be conducted throughout the course in the form of software, discussion, and workshop activities. You will learn how to recognize and find peer- reviewed, scholarly journal articles from the NU library’s databases. (Be assured that the NU Library skills you develop will be transferable to other academic research environments, as academic libraries are set up very similarly and draw upon the same database vendors: ProQuest, EBSCO, etc.). Reference sources as needed to substantively explore your research question (but no fewer than 4). For additional guidance, see the source-selection criteria included in the Week 2 Library Research Report assignment. Final papers will be assessed according to the following table: Provides a clearly identifiable and easily locatable 3-point EXPOSITORY thesis statement involving an issue in Information Technology. Best placed at the end of the introductory paragraph. 6 6 Includes an engaging introduction (based on study of Intros and conclusions in Week 4) 1 1 Essay uses a minimum of 3 well focused key points to use in support of the thesis (Unit 3). These points must be able to supported with research. 3 3 Each key point is supported with a minimum of 2 appropriate details located through credible research. (Week 3) 2 2 Sophisticated and informed approach: information taken from outside resources is paraphrased or summarized, not simply copied and pasted into the outline. No more than 5% of the entire text is comprised of direct quotes. 1 1 Includes an memorable conclusion (based on study of Intros and Conclusions in Week 4) Organization: Thesis points are discussed in the order in which they appear in the thesis (thesis must be present to meet this requirement standard). 1 1 Language used is appropriate for this academic level; author avoids casual or colloquial language.
