Using the Marketing Mix(4P’s) to evaluate a specific promotional campaign
For the organisation you have selected, please use the following questions as the basis for completing your report. You may also include any additional information which your group believes is relevant (as part of an appendix at the end). • Using the Marketing Mix (4P`s) as your framework, select a specific promotional/advertising campaign which you’re familiar with. For this section, you must provide a detailed and comprehensive overview of what this promotion is. • For each element (i.e. each P), identify and discuss why or why not you believe this was successful? You must support your work by appropriate references. • As part of this campaign, what other concepts from the unit has the organisation utilised? For each concept, you must also provide a detailed explanation and references to support your response. • Overall, why do you believe the campaign was successful or unsuccessful? Provide reasons for your response. • Please note, your example does not have to be based on a successful promotional campaign. For example, you may decide to focus on something which was unsuccessful. This can be equally interesting to research and report on.
