Description The group project is intended to give students experience using the Japanese quality method for identifying and correcting quality problems. Groups of approximately five students each will be formed during week one. Each group will be assigned to select an improvement project for a process, product, or service in UAE based organization and apply Japanese quality improvements techniques and management philosophies. The group will write a report consisting of 2500 words as minimum. You can use any concept in Japanese quality they learned in the class.
