In health care, position papers can address a wide range of topics, from policies to best practices and approaches to care. Drawing upon previously published position papers can help you understand the evidence that supports and contradicts your own position on a specific topic, You may wish to address an addiction or mental health issue drawn from one or more of this unit’s readings and resources, or you may wish to focus in on the health concern and population that you plan to use as the basis for your Unit 3 assignment. Explain if any of the differences should be incorporated into your position. Explain how you would respond to any irreconcilable differences in such a way as to encourage buy-in for your position from those opposed.
