(also can cite source in document) such as: according t0 Price Waterhouse Coopers, home prices have fallen 7% since May 2011. Instructions: All papers must be professionally formatted and written. Single space, double space between paragraphs, 12 pt font, use bold headings such as introduction, Write the papers as if I am an adult that has asked you as a professional financial analyst to explain the topic and how it relates to the economy, investing, interest rates, etc.. This paper is a response to me (an adult client that doesn’t know much about this topic). Assume no prior knowledge so define terms that are used. The first time you use a term include a definition of it in parentheses. For example: stock portfolio (a collection of stock investments that a single investor owns). Potential Topics: 1. Analyze result in part A – why do you think it went up or down in value versus different currencies? Use outside research as well not just your thoughts. C. Where is the dollar strongest right now, Weakest? D. Other relevant information that you find or want to include 3. The US Federal Reserve Bank and Monetary policy – what is happening now, why. How does that effect the interest rates, inflation, Gross Domestic Product, etc. 4. Private equity and venture capital. Recent trends in each domestically. Globally, whatever else you want to cover. 5. Current yield curves and what this implies for bond investing, what this implies for interest rates 6. Future outlook for digital currency – all you can find. 7. Black pool investing. What is it? Why is it a problem? Current updates etc. 8 Student loan crisis – what is being done to help? Explain the crisis? What are implications for US economy? 9. Gold – how gold prices fluctuate with the stock market, is a gold a good investment, etc
