This proposal is to be used to help create GIS maps which show what the topic is. Below are the requirements: Write a  proposal that identifies a study area clearly: (The study of a GIS data of coastal lands for the planning of coastal erosion and its adaptation). Explain why your study area and data are interesting. You do not need to have much analysis done at this point, but you should have 1) a clear idea of your research question or topic, 2) the types of data you have/will get or intend to use, and 3) some thoughts on the types of analysis you would like to complete.
