THE ROLE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE MATJHABENG MUNICIPALITY

 Chapter 3 Literature review This chapter will focus on a literature review of the topic; identify possible research problems. Research methods will be identified. Different methodical approaches for the research study will be discussed, and type of approach will be decided (depending on the type of research- primary or secondary). Depending on the research questions, aims, and objectives, qualitative, quantitative or mixed method will be selected for the research. The research instruments can be selected from the literature review (discussing findings and results of previous studies) sample survey, case study, interview and observations. Evaluation of data will be based on analyzing for qualitative/quantitative or mixed method and relationship between dependent and independent variables will be determined.
