1. In class we discussed the importance of several founders of management science and Business Organization. These include: Chandler, Weber and Taylor. Keeping in mind that several of these individuals dated to the mid 1800’s, you are to choose one of these and discuss why that individual was so important to management. What did they do and how does this impact work today? 2. In class we discussed the ideas of Mintzberg who described management as “a practice.” a.
