Thesis Title: The Impact of Human Resource Development Practices on Innovativeness in Saudi Services Organizations *** The aim of this thesis is to publish it in academic Journals with high impact factor as part of requirement of my Ph.D. study. ** Main aim of the research is to examine the relationship between practices of development of human resource and innovativeness with specific reference to Saudi Services organizations. The study will based on the results of empirical research conduct in 500 organizations. Thesis Title: The Impact of Human Resource Development Practices on Innovativeness in Saudi Services Organizations Abstract: No more than 250 words and must include: Purpose, design/methodology/approach, Findings, Research limitations/implications, Originality/value. Research Objectives: (1) To study about the significance of human resource development practices and innovativeness with special focus on services organizations in Saudi Arabia. (2) To develop a framework to study about impact of human resource development practices on innovativeness with specific reference to Saudi services organizations. (3) To provide various strategies to be adopted to enhance the human resource development practices on innovativeness with specific reference to services organizations in Saudi Arabia. Methodology: The method selected for this research is the field study, using primary and secondary research data. The method for obtaining primary data has been selected for the purpose of achieving an in-depth investigation of the problem. The secondary by reviewing the available literature on human resource development practices on Innovativeness. The aim of this research is to discover the impact of human resource development practices on innovativeness in Saudi services organizations, both in theory and practice. To this end, a questionnaire will be administered to the persons who are responsible for human resource development of a selected 500 random sample of in Saudi services organizations. Data collection method: By Questionnaire Population and sample: All medium and large size Services Organizations in Saudi Arabia (medium size organizations 50-199 and large size more than 200 employees). Choosing medium and large organizations to make sure they have HRD practice. The Sample study: 500 organizations the response rate: response rate is 263 (%52.6) Limitations of the Research: (1) This research focuses on medium and large size Services Organizations in Saudi Arabia.
(2) This study is restricted to human resource development practices and organizational innovativeness. (3) This research completely focuses on empirically studying about impact of human resource development practices on organizational innovativeness with specific reference to services organizations with respect to Saudi Arabia. References: (1) For this work use 25 or more references, and must be 30% or more of them after 2017. (2) In reference sections put only references that you used in the thesis.
