Would like the dissertation to look into whether the serviced office sector in London has reached its limits given the phenomenal rate at which it has expanded or if it is a feasible business model that is here to stay in the long term. I personally think that the flexible office sector is evolving from Landlords simply letting to third-party operators such as Regus / WeWork to Landlord partnering with operators or even creating an offering of their own such as British Land’s Storey concept and Land Securities Myo.
