The Death Penalty

SPEECHES not essays speeches please. One speech about a contemporary issue having to do with the 8th amendment , the original idea was the death penalty, but if you can do better with a different issue thats fine. As long as it still ties to the 8th amendment. The document labeled syllabus has all the information needed to form the speech and all the expectation necessary are in the syllabus labeled speech #2 and speech #3.
