The data analys to predict the performance of a CPU

Hello there, the topic is from the course “Big Data & Data Science”. The research paper is about the data analys to predict the performance of a CPU. My prof gave me a data pool (http://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Computer+Hardware) to work with. My task in this research paper, is to write about 4000 words and to all the work with the data. Since i have no clue about the topic, i need help. I need someone who is able to analyze the data, using a working model and write the code to do it! I know thats no easy task and i am grateful for any help. The paper needs to have references to the scource code, that was used to analyse the data. i think Google Colab is the most used for data analysis but i dont mind using another one.
