The cross-cultural reflective journal
The cross-cultural reflective journal is an individual assignment which requires the student to write down reflection around specific issues/tasks/situation undertaken since in Australia, focusing on specific topics of the course (organisation and culture, culture and work challenges, cross-cultural teams, working and living abroad, see Chapters 4, 9, 10, 11, and 12). The emphasis is not only on academic writing and research, but also on reflections around experiences in relation to differences between own and other peoples cultures and ways to increase cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.
