Module 3 has one big case analysis from Chapter 10. If you did not finish your midterm exam, please make sure to complete it. (From Chapter 10) Please read the minicase “The Case of the Troubled Casino” in your textbook, pp.416-417. Answer All three questions on p. 417: How could you use the Curphy and Roellig Followership model described in the introduction to Part 3 to assess employees at the casino? How could you use the five approaches to motivation (Chapter 9), organizational justice, or the two-factor theory to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement? How could you use a 9-box matrix to evaluate the casino’s 11 department heads? What data would you recommend the general manager use to assign potential and performance ratings?
