In Commercial Project Analysis You are to present a critical analysis and appraisal with regards to the process, success and viability of the Commercial Project. Commercial Project Realisation You are to present the outcome of the Commercial Project in an appropriate format. Your project should be informed by relevant literature, as well as module lectures, tutorials and interest and expertise in the music industry. Submission Details; You are encouraged to submit an assessment in creative formats such as an eBook, video, audio, website, written, interviews, etc. It is recommended that the you include audio & visual stimulus, video, film, websites, reviews, testimonials, interviews and performances etc, in order to support the Commercial Project. Equivalent word count – 7000 – 15,000 (depending on the balance of practice that is presented) Introduction to the commercial project: My commercial project has been created around the research and analysis I have delivered over the course of the year and in previous papers, (see attached). I have taken an already existing company, IEM (Industry Education in Music) and looked into the areas of growth both for my company and as an individual. I have explored the lack of funding and areas of potential improvement in the creative education sector and as a result decided to set up a Community Interest Company, (CIC). This CIC has since been awarded £10,000 of which I am using to deliver my commercial project on bothAugust 2019 and 16th August 2019. I have also attached previous papers from which I can re-use content and references as long as written fresh and there is no obvious copy and pasting. I have attached a “commercial project outline planner” for which I am writing notes on currently. Once this is complete and has been approved by course leaders I will also send over so that you can plan out the dissertation out in more detail and have as much information on the project as needed.
