Statistical Analysis of the affect of different Salinity Levels on the Germination of Three varieties of Lettuce

*THIS WORK REQUIRES A MASTERY AND KNOWLEDGE OF STATISTICS, EXCEL, AND A STATISTICAL SOFTWARE TO DO DATA ANALYSIS. THIS WORK DOES NOT REQUIRE A GREAT DEAL OF WRITING BUT A SIMPLE EXPLANATION OF THE ANALYSIS AND CHARTS DONE.* I have uploaded all the data on an excel sheet with my methodology for you to get an idea of the experiment. I am asking for 10 pages but it is the stat analysis and charts that I care about so if it is less than that it is ok. I would like to ask you to do: – Bar charts, similar to the ones in the uploaded photos, on the average germination rate% and mean germination time based on both variety and salinity level(sheets 5&6). – Also to do line plots if you think it shows the data correctly – Box plots with mean and SE mean of different treatments(salinity) for each variety – Also to do one way and two way Anova tests on the affects of variety and salinity(used as factors) on the germination rate% , and mean germination day (Sheet 1 for full, Sheets 1,2,&3 for each variety). If you see other factors have been affected please do analysis on them as well. – If you could explain the least significant difference and do a break down analysis as well it would be great. References are not require if everything is explained thoroughly.
