Skills for business leadership

It is an experienced based portfolio where one has an opportunity to demonstrate a range of skills. By choosing different scenarios which could be experience gained at work, in the classroom, hobbies, sports and leisure, caring responsibilities etc. The key is to clearly identify skills arising in and from the scenarios chosen. You may draw upon 1 scenario to demonstrate up to any 2 learning outcomes – there are 8 learning outcomes. Lecturer has advised Learning outcome 1 &8 and 2 &4 can go together. There can only be a minimum of 4 scenarios and a maximum of 8. Each scenario has it’s Theory / reflection(Relate theory to the scenario and reflect on performance e.g what did I do well, what could I have done differently etc and then Development plan or points. The expected words for the assignment is at least 3600 without references. I’m opting for 3300 words as i can’t afford the extra money. Pls be advised 3300 words excludes references etc.
