Your paper should be supported both by quality news articles, commentary (like law blogs from established firms), journal articles, and case law. You may use with APA or Harvard Blue Book Style (one we use in scholarly law papers) for your citations and references. Your paper should be approximately ten pages in length (no less than nine, nor more than eleven) and you should cite at least ten sources from the categories mentioned above. The page count excludes the title page, reference pages(s), and any potential appendices to support your paper. Your paper will be scored according to the following general criteria and is worth up 215 total points towards your final grade: Grammar (spelling, punctuation, phrasing, word choice, etc.) – up to 30 points Length and structure (9-11 pages, double spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font) – up to 10 points Citations and references – Your material must be accurately cited and/or referenced using one of the styles discussed above, you must use at least ten total quality sources, and you must include at least two journal articles and one case as support – up to 25 points
