This model suggests people construct themselves and the world around them through their experiences and interpretations. Their lives are evolving stories that are under constant revision. Therefore, in order to find satisfaction in life, people must critically reflect upon their assumptions, decisions, and actions. For Reflection 3, consider the four attitudes for coping with career transitions (concern, curiosity, confidence, and control) and your own adaptability within each of these attitudes. Use the following set of guiding questions to help you craft your response. Which of Johnson’s suggestions for increasing your level of career adaptability appeals to you? How can you leverage her suggestion? Reflect on the four attitudes for coping with career transitions: concern, curiosity, confidence, and control. For each attitude, provide examples of how you are adaptable and are responsible for constructing your own career. Write your response, including your answers to the above questions, in a 300-550 word (3-5 paragraph) reflection. This will be submitted as a Microsoft Word document.
