Salvadorian prison system

For this project, you will need to develop a proposal to the Director of the El Salvadorian prison system. Your proposal will assist the director in making changes to the conditions that you viewed in the videos. The United States is willing to assist El Salvador in this effort. US policy is that if conditions can change in the justice systems of this region that it would reduce migration to the US. In order to complete this proposal, you will need to be able to provide the following in a properly formatted APA document using various research articles to support your ideas.
