Rogerian Argument Outline Template
Use this Rogerian Argument Outline Template to create your own outline. In this outline, YOU are the proponent. The proponent views are your own views (much like if you were writing a position argument in this section). Other views other than your own are the “opposing viewpoints.” Notice that this template begins with OTHER viewpoints first. Reminders: The outline should be in sentence outline form (complete sentences). Do not use words or phrases only in your outline. Make sure each point includes complete sentences. If you have an “A” then you will have a “B”; if you have a “1” then you will have a “2”. Use the sample outline above as a guide. Watch the video above, if more instruction is needed. DO NOT include the following paragraphs in this submission: introduction, statement of context, conclusion
