Part III – Separately interview three nurses (in order to protect your interviewees’ privacy and prevent them from possibility influencing each other, do not conduct joint interviews). Form with each interviewee, and ask the following: 1) Does the nurse have an advance directive? If so, what type? And why was that type selected? If not, why not? And will the nurse consider executing an advance directive in the future? 2) Is the nurse willing to educate family members or friends about advance directives? Why or why not? 3) Is the nurse willing to educate patients about advance directives? Why or why not? 4) Two questions you have developed about advance directives.
