Research-based Expository Essay “Food waste in the US and China” write a comparative essay between the U.S. and China
Custom Subject: Proposal for Expository Essay The purpose of a proposal is twofold: 1. To convey your proposed idea in a detailed enough way that your reader will understand it as a plausible and viable project. 2. To convince your reader that you are not only capable of executing the project but doing so successfully. In other words, how you formulate the proposal reflects your ethos (how you present yourself on the page, especially as a credible researcher and writer). So for this proposal, create a document with the following information: 1. What specific research question or topic related to our theme are you proposing to explore in your Expository Essay? (I’m just giving an idea on the topic, if you can give a better topic regards food waste in the US and China, you can change it) 2. What is your personal interest in this research question or topic? (Be specific. Your passion or interest contributes to your credible ethos.) 3. Why is this research question or topic of interest to others (like us)? (If it is not inherently interesting, how can you make it interesting?) 4. What do you know so far about this question or topic? (Be specific and reference sources, such as those we have read in class or your own discussion posts.) What is your hypothesis (potential thesis or argument) about the significance of this question or topic? 5. Create a bibliography of 7-10 texts (including any relevant texts you have already read in this class!) that are relevant to this project. The credibility (trustworthiness) of your sources reflects on your ethos. How the sources are formatted also reflects on your ethos.
