Reducing Diagnostic Errors

Based on the research articles from this week (attached are the articles), select a method you feel would be a viable means of reducing the diagnostic error rate. Submit the following: 1. Briefly describe why you are selecting this method and how you would implement this method. 2. Compose a policy you feel should be implemented within the health care system. Describe who will be responsible for enforcing the policy, how it will be enforced. Include supporting evidence from at least three evidence-based peer-reviewed articles published in journals.
