Pros and cons of a transnational definition of “charity” 

Students will prepare, record, and submit for review by the class and professors a 5-7 minute video discussion of a current event or issue confronting the nonprofit sector. The format of the discussion may be solution-oriented (e.g., proposing a solution or new approach to the issue) or positional (e.g., presenting pros, cons, and contrasting solutions/approaches to the issue), to demonstrate issue analysis, creativity, and intellectual reasoning. A non-exhaustive list of potential topics will be provided during the first class, and students are also welcome to propose their own topics.
