Policy Memorandum-Credit Cards

There is an ongoing debate in the US in regards to poverty and wealth inequality of its citizens. A portion of the poverty / inequality can be traced to credit card usage / dishonest tactics by credit card companies. Policy memo should show both sides of the argument (argue forcefully the merits and weaknesses of both sides) that “credit cards are bad and should be banned”. Times New Roman, 12pt font.
