Personal Philosophy of Educational Leadership

Each student is expected to develop a personal philosophy of educational leadership that supports his/her personal leadership style and is aligned with the Leadership Standards for School Leaders (ISLLC Standards). Each philosophy of educational leadership paper should discuss the following topics/items: The school and its relationship to the community The school and its relationship to the students and their families The ultimate goal of education Management philosophy of professional faculty A philosophy of leadership, motivation and accountability A overall mission and vision of education Submission Instructions: The final paper should start with an Introduction section and end with a Conclusion or Final Thoughts section. Each of the above topics/items should appear as sections with heading so that the paper maintains a cohesiveness throughout. The final paper should be written per current APA and 8-10 pages in length, excluding the title, abstract and references page. Incorporate a minimum of five peer-reviewed scholarly sources that have been published within the last five years
