Instructions: In this paper you should formulate research questions, and conduct a literature review. Your role is to study (the Impact of Leadership on organizational Respect), you should begin your paper with research questions, it is essential that you develop thoughtful research questions. Your paper should also include a literature review, your role is to provide a thoutghtful discussion about the subject you study. You should cite at least five academic sources (refereed journal articles, books, or book chapters) in your paper. In your paper, you should provide answer to the following questions: What are the conceptual definitions of leadership and organizational respect? Define each term clearly and separately. What are the operational definitions of leadership and organizational respect? You should prove that you have clearly understand these concepts, but don’t keep this a too much a conceptual leve (l am looking for benchmarking, and real life examples). We will evaluate the paper based on the quality and clarity of the research questions you asked appropriateness and effectiveness of the a literature review you used, and the accuracy and presentational style of the conceptual and operational definitions you conducted.
