The purpose of this assignment is to put yourself in the role of an Organization Development consultant who has been asked to write a report that responds to lens/frame questions by applying OD concepts learned in the course to show issues/problems in the organization. Using the movie, The Devil Wears Prada write a paper responding to questions for each lens. Questions are provided, choose two questions for each lens/frame.
