What is the size and scope of the organization (e.g., large, small, grassroots, local, national, statewide, etc.)? 2) Organization Mission and Goals What is the mission of your organization? What is the vision statement of your organization? What are the aims or goals of your organization? 3) Organizational Structure How is your organization structured (include an organizational chart)? 4) Organizational Culture What is the culture of your organization (related to multi-cultural and anti-oppression readings)?
