Negotiation Write-Up OBJECTIVE OF THE PAPER: – The analysis of a real-life negotiating situation using the concepts, models and frameworks discussed in the course. – Describe the specific situation (negotiation between Colruyt & Nestlé) in 3 pages – Analyze the situation applying the conceptual tools in 7 pages!!! What were the mistakes? What had they better done?
