Your coursework task is to write up your experiment on ERG exon 7b alternative splicing in the form of a scientific paper. The paper you will write will follow the IMRAD format. It will consist of a ‘short communication’ (a type of research paper that is quite concise, typically with no more than 3-4 figures). For example look at the sample paper provided from the journal Oncology Reports. Imagine that you are submitting your research to this journal.
