Mindfullness Based Cognitive Therapy (Substance Abuse)

Description

Students will select a particular 3rd Wave Cognitive approach and write an APA style paper briefly reviewing the current literature on that approach. Papers should focus on the evidence base (or lack thereof) for that theoretical perspective as it relates to treatment. Graduate students must select a theory applicable to the setting or population they wish to specialize in such as families or substance abuse disorders. All papers should be written in APA style (see course resource section for examples). Note additional requirements below differentiated by student level if applicable:
