What are some of the social and economic factors that affect these 4 P’s of marketing? What are some of the solutions? Social and economic factors affect what marketing strategy an organization utilizes. Evaluate what social and economic factors contribute to a marketing strategy. Why do consumers/patients leave a healthcare organization? Describe the customer relationship management process. Is the process effective? What are the main reasons why consumers choose to leave an organization? How do you know? What recommendations would you offer to improve consumer/patient loyalty? How have the four P’s of marketing proven to be successful? Identify the differences between marketing and advertising. Provide one example of each. In addition, review the code of ethics for advertising and include your thoughts on the code as it relates to marketing and advertising. Is one more ethical and why?
