This person is Liliana Martinez, Administrative Services Manager I, for Department of Mental Health. She works in the Human Resources Division. Her essential job functions are listed below. ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES MANAGER I Human Resources Division (Return-to-Work and Classification & Compensation Units) Essential Job Functions The primary responsibilities of the positions include, but are not limited to the following: RETURN-TO-WORK UNIT Oversees the implementation of applicable Federal, State, and local laws on Industrial Accidents/Injuries and the Los Angeles County’s Return-to-Work (RTW) policies. Plans, organizes, and evaluates the work of analysts within the RTW Unit, implements work plans, and monitors performance to achieve organizational objectives. Analyzes the most complex RTW cases and recommends the most appropriate course of action to management. CLASSIFICATION & COMPENSATION Conducts classification studies of departmental positions whose incumbents perform duties outside their respective class specifications. Assists in the annual budget process by preparing duty statements and organization charts to support requests for new positions and funding for ordinance-only items.
