Managing Organizational Change, discusses two organizations NASA and BP that experienced major disasters. These disasters could be because of the organizational culture. How would you describe the positive and negative aspects of the organizational culture of each of the organizations? Was culture a contributing factor to the disaster? Did the disaster change the organizational vision? How so? Did the vision drive the change? Why do you believe this to be true? If not, why? Was it appropriate that the vision was changed (if it was)?
