Making argument about (You Can’t Win,[book])

Develop critical, thesis-based argument, supported by analyzed textual evidence. Integrate (Quote and Analyze) Research from at least 3 Sources, referenced in a Works Cited Page. Develop, Analyze and Assess (in Essay form) a Manifesto from You Can’t Win: Advocating for Penal Reform; Against Prison Practices; Promoting the Johnson Family Criminal Code against corrupt failings of the Traditional Criminal Justice System. Here, you may supplement and develop your argument with ideas from A Rhetoric of Argument, and/or one of the critical studies of Manifestos (Provocations of the Modern, Poetry of the Revolution) we have read this semester.
