Levels of Care

 For this assignment, you will explore the options for end-of-life care. First, discuss the various levels of end-of-life care, including, but not limited to, hospice care, palliative care, respite care, and home care. This discussion should include (a) the general circumstances under which each level of care would be sought, (b) the pros and cons of each type of care, and (c) how each level may help the patient’s family. Next, create a fictional patient and assign them to a level of care. Be sure to justify your recommendation by explaining how they will benefit from this level of care and provide enough detail about them and their circumstances to make your recommendation clear.
