 1. This letter is to enthusiastically recommend my daughter Tara and her husband Fred as adoptive parents. 2. My daughter has always desired to have children since she was a little girl. Growing up Tara formed long lasting attachments to her friends. As a friend she is unwavering in her loyalty to them. The has a joy for life and adventure. 3. Fred, I could no ask for a better son-in- law. He is intelligent, funny and a good provider. Family is of utmost importance, he is passionate about their security. 4. They are both upbeat and optimistic people enjoying life to its fullest. They a supportive of each other positions and work on decisions in life together. They have a stronge marriage. 5. Fred and Tara possess all the qualities that would make them perfect parents, they are gentle but firm, patient, organized, caring, loving and secure. A child coming into their life would certainly feel loved and provided for. 6. At family gatherings the children look forward to spending time with Fred and Tara. They enjoy playing games, talking with children and discovering how they view the world.
