TOPIC: Our complex situation is a new BC perinatal substance abuse project that requires leadership strategies to implement its education and training goals and objectives.

I am responsible for the specific section: What leadership strategy would make it happen (this section has general points – this needs to be summarized and smoothed out the theoretical concepts to match the goals) and the section ‘conclusion’

-Everything needs to be extremely concise and all attachments need to be read carefully to understand how to apply Servant leadership model, Distributed leadership, and Transformational leadership. Overall, the first two leadership models apply the most to the BC Perinatal substance abuse project, so the greater focus should be on these, with a paragraph or so on transformational model. Please use the bellow image as reference for the application of the first two leadership models in the project.
